Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
